About me ↓
Isa is a Director and Cinematographer from Brazil who portrays stories of people from all over the world. In the past four years, she has been working on narrative, documentaries, and fashion films premiering in festivals such as the NewFest, Paris Independent Film Festival, Rome World Cinema Fest, NY Moving Words Film Festival, etc.
She is a Teaching Assistant for the BFA Advanced Cinematography class with Frank Prinzi, ASC, and Dejan Georgevich, ASC, and for the MFA Directing with Bob Giraldi at the School of Visual Arts.
“Being a Brazilian woman is an open invitation for people to put me in a box with their preconceptions of who I am. Through my work, I unapologetically show my real identity.”
